NotifyClean lets you configure which applications are allowed to create notifications in the top left area or status bar. This is an Xposed module, so you must have Xposed framework installed on your device.

Simply open your Xposed installer application, go to Downloads and navigate all the way down until you find NotifyClean. Download the app, install it, activate the module and reboot your device for the changes to take effect. Once rebooted you can launch NotifyClean and disable notifications for certain applications.

Keep in mind that at first the list might me empty because only apps that create notifications will be added to the list.
